Types of roundworms

Roundworm species differ in when they are typically seen and wormer resistance status. Each species also develops wormer resistance independently, therefore resistance in one species doesn’t necessarily mean that they will all be resistant

The lines on the graph show when the most common worm species are typically seen. Bare in mind that this shows the general trend – worms are influenced by climate so timings vary throughout the country!
